Our board have considerable experience with major consumer brands, backed up by a strong understanding and background in the consumer electronics supply chain, advanced electronic system design, marketing and technical support.

Mike McTighe
Chairman
Appointed in 2003, Mike has spent his entire career with some of the most successful global technology companies. In 2004, as chairman of Alphamosaic, he led a successful sale to Broadcom for $123M.
He has held a number of directorships, and is currently chairman of a small number of private equity backed technology companies as well as being chairman of Pace Micro Technology. He is a director of London Metal Exchange Holdings, and a non-executive director of Alliance & Leicester. |

Anthony Sethill
Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Anthony founded Frontier Silicon in 2001. His previous roles include Head of Sales & Marketing for Samsung UK, Managing Director of Amstrad and Executive Director/General Manager of BDB (ONdigital). |

Chief Financial Officer
Appointed April 2006. Over twenty years experience in technology companies including senior financial roles with McDonnell Douglas and VC-backed technology companies. Previously CFO with Alphamosaic, a fabless chip company sold to Broadcom for $123M in 2004. |
Anti Kokkinen
Investor Director, BlueRun Ventures
Appointed in 2004, Antti is a founding partner of BlueRun Ventures. Besides Frontier Silicon, Antti also serves on the board of directors of Corea Titanium Holdings, Sensetech, a mobile phone keypad company, and SiliconBlue Technologies, a programmable logic company. Previous boards include WiderThan, a mobile media company acquired by RealNetworks for $350M.
Before joining BlueRun Ventures, Antti worked at Nokia for over ten years. |

John Dickson
Non-Executive Director
Appointed in 2006, John has extensive experience in the semiconductor and technology industry.
His most recent appointment was as CEO of Agere Systems (2000 - 2005). Previous US roles include CEO of Lucent Technologies' Microelectronics and Communications Technologies Group, Head of AT&T's IC division, CEO of SHOgraphics and CEO of Headland Technology.
Prior to his US move, John held senior roles with ICL and Texas Instruments. In 1990, the Institute of Electrical Engineers awarded him the prestigious Mensforth Medal for his "outstanding contribution to UK industry". |

John O'Sullivan
Investor Director, ACT Venture Capital
Appointed in 2008, John has extensive experience with high-tech startup companies, particularly in the semiconductor, software and healthcare sectors.
John also serves on the boards of Adeptra, AGI Therapeutics, Intense Photonics, Silicon & Software Systems (S3) and Firecomms, and is a visiting lecturer on the UCC MBA programme.
Prior to joining ACT in 1998, John spent three years with a range of start-up companies through Enterprise Ireland after five years with Kindle Banking Systems.

Pete Magowan: Investor Director, Alta Berkley
Pete has 18 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, and is currently a partner with Alta Berkeley Ventures.
Prior to working in venture capital, Pete was a member of the executive team at ARM for 10 years, most latterly as executive VP sales and marketing.
Previously, Pete worked in a variety of microprocessor marketing roles at STMicroelectronics. Pete is a non-executive director of mobile gaming company Superscape. |
