Our executives have considerable experience with major consumer brands, backed up by a strong understanding and background in the consumer electronics supply chain, advanced electronic system design, marketing and technical support.

John Behrendt Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer Appointed April 2006. Over twenty years experience in technology companies including senior financial roles with McDonnell Douglas and VC-backed technology companies. Previously CFO with Alphamosaic, a fabless chip company sold to Broadcom for $123M in 2004.

Bob Heads Vice President - Engineering Responsible for the hardware and software development of all our modules and chips. Previously, Bob ran engineering for 3Com's LAN business for many years, including multi-continent silicon, hardware, software and test teams.

		Steve Evans Vice President – Marketing and Business Development Previously vice president of segment marketing at ARM, Steve has over 16 years experience in the international semiconductor industry.

SK Tay Vice President and General Manager – China With established experience in manufacturing for the broadcast industry, SK was formerly Chief Operating Officer of Rockridge Sound, one of the largest manufacturers of DAB digital radios in China.

		Prem Rajalingham Vice President – Sales and Support / General Manager - Hong Kong With over 14 years’ experience in the semiconductor and consumer electronics industry, Prem has held various positions in Europe and Asia in development, applications, product management and sales.  Responsible for our global sales and support teams.
