Appointed April 2006. Over twenty years experience in technology companies including senior financial roles with McDonnell Douglas and VC-backed technology companies. Previously CFO with Alphamosaic, a fabless chip company sold to Broadcom for $123M in 2004.

Responsible for the hardware and software
development of all our modules and chips. Previously, Bob ran
engineering for 3Com's LAN business for many years, including
multi-continent silicon, hardware, software and test teams.

Director - Human Resources
Sarah joined Frontier Silicon in 2002 and has over 15 years experience in Human Resources and Admin Management in technology organisations. Sarah is responsible for delivering the Company’s HR strategy and working on all aspects of people management for the worldwide organisation. Sarah is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
